Meet Marcus Brüde – CEO of Motum Närke

We met with Marcus Brüde, CEO of Hisscentralen, for a conversation in Örebro covering everything from running an elevator company to what matters most when it comes to staff and customers. We met at Hisscentralen’s oldest client, BRF Räven, where we spoke with loyal board members who have long praised Hisscentralen and the solid work they do for the association’s elevators. It was a rewarding conversation with valuable insights into how to create long-term value in a local, customer-focused company.

Meet Björn Söderström – Supervisor at Motum Stockholm

An interview with Björn Söderström. Björn lives in Stockholm and has worked in the elevator industry since 2004. Since 2022, he has been a supervisor at ITK, where he is responsible for managing and coordinating the technicians and also maintains relationships with many of ITK’s service and maintenance clients.

Meet Mikael Olsson, Supervisor at Motum Port

Meet Mikael Olsson. Micke has extensive experience in the door industry and began his career as a workshop technician in 1998, building doors. Since December 2021, he has been working at Motum Port as a supervisor. With a keen interest in doors and mechanics, Micke pursued an industrial track in high school, specializing in sheet metal and welding. “I loved taking things apart, exploring their inner workings, and learning how they functioned.” That’s what sparked the passion that has kept Micke engaged in the industry over the years.

Meet Mikael Eklund – Elevator & Door Technician at Motum Skåne

Meet Mikael Eklund: “Since Motum Skåne was founded in 2021, I’ve been eager to learn and have expanded my knowledge of elevators; I find it to be a fresh and varied field. What I appreciate most about Motum Skåne is the responsibility and the opportunity to influence my own work. It’s flexible and fits my life situation. There’s a great atmosphere among colleagues here, and we have some activities outside the office.”

Meet Tobias Nilsson – Supervisor at Motum Skåne

A conversation with Tobias Nilsson: "My path into the elevator industry hasn't been a straight one. I trained as a waiter and worked in that field until 2011. I retrained as a service technician and then started as an elevator technician/installer in 2012. In 2021, I was part of the team that launched Motum Skåne, and my current role here is as supervisor of our service department, which means I plan the daily operations for the technicians."
