Victoria Mägi – The Energy Hub and the Center of Motum Väst in Mölndal, Gothenburg

We had the opportunity to meet Victoria Mägi, an administrator at Motum Väst in Mölndal. Together with her colleague Amela Arnautovic—who is also a highly valued and indispensable member of the team—the two of them keep the administrative machinery running that so many at Motum rely on. With her drive, curiosity, and infectious energy, Victoria has quickly become an important part of the organization. Her role is broad, the pace is fast, and her days are varied—exactly the kind of environment where she thrives.

In her office in Mölndal, we sit down to talk about her daily life, what motivates her, and why Motum has become a workplace where she can both grow and feel at home. To celebrate the arrival of summer, she and Amela have also bought ice cream for the whole office—a gesture that sets the tone for the positive atmosphere.

The Spider in the Web – With Energy That Spreads

As an administrator at Motum, Victoria is the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly. She coordinates, plans, and creates structure at a pace where no two days are ever the same.

“It’s a challenging and rewarding role where I’m constantly growing and learning new things.”

She describes how she enjoys taking on responsibility and solving problems, and how the variety in her work means she always has something new to tackle. Her dedication is evident—and contributes to a work environment where it’s easy to feel at home.

A workplace with warmth, structure, and a sense of teamwork

When we ask what makes Motum unique, Victoria highlights her colleagues and the open atmosphere.

“There’s a great atmosphere at work and a fun way of talking among us colleagues.”

She describes Motum as structured, inclusive, and growth-oriented—three words that reflect both the work environment and the company’s ambitions. Clear goals, managers who are approachable, and a strong sense of teamwork make her feel secure and included.

Her colleagues are knowledgeable, helpful, and generous with their experience. Together with Amela, she forms an administrative team that many describe as both supportive and driven—two people who always get things done.

Pride, Security, and Joy in Everyday Life

Victoria is proud to be someone whom both colleagues and customers can trust. She says she was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming everyone was when she started, and how quickly she felt like part of Motum.

“I was immediately impressed by the employees’ strong commitment and the high level of expertise within the organization.”

When she’s not at work, she enjoys working out, traveling, or planning activities with family and friends. She feels most at home when there’s a lot going on around her—something that goes hand in hand with her role at Motum.

Why should you apply to Motum?

Victoria doesn't hesitate when asked:

“If you want to work in an inclusive workplace with a clear structure and dedicated colleagues, I definitely think you should apply to Motum!”

We’d like to thank Victoria for a warm and inspiring conversation—and we look forward to following her continued journey at Motum.
