Information for our customers and partners regarding the coronavirus

The safety of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance to us. We are therefore closely monitoring news, information, and recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Sweden. In addition to these recommendations, a number of precautionary measures have been implemented throughout the Motum Group since February 27, 2020. Among other things, all business travel abroad has been canceled, extended business trips within Sweden have been minimized, and risk assessments have been conducted for all employees who have traveled abroad since mid-February. In cases where there was a risk of infection abroad, the employee in question has worked from home for 14 days.

If necessary, we will take further measures to minimize the risk to our employees and ensure delivery to all our customers.

New report confirms that modernizing elevators reduces climate impact by up to 70%

Elevator owners must take action – the shutdown of 2G and 3G is being accelerated

The telecom operators Tele2 and Telenor have announced that they will shut down their 2G and 3G networks by December 1, 2025, at the latest. Telia previously announced that its 2G shutdown would not take place until 2027, but for many elevator owners, Tele2’s and Telenor’s decision means they have significantly less time to upgrade their emergency phones.
