Code of Conduct

The code of conduct guides us in our efforts to create a responsible and long-term healthy business that is imbued with sustainability.

The code of conduct clarifies to our employees how we should behave as a business partner, employer, employee and member of society. It is based on our core values and provides guidance in how our employees should act and make correct decisions in everyday life.

Within Motum and our subsidiaries, we create a responsible and long-term sound business where sustainability should permeate the entire operation. The code of conduct clarifies to our employees how we should behave as a business partner, employer, employee and member of society.

Sustainable operation and development, in the context of Motum, mean offering services and products that meet current needs without jeopardizing the ability of future generations to meet their needs. Sustainability is a guiding principle at Motum and we place great importance on our solutions being good for both people and the environment.

The code of conduct outlines the principles we all should strive to follow and provides practical guidance in our daily actions and business decisions, both internally for Motum’s employees and externally in communication and collaboration with customers and other external stakeholders.

Motum acknowledges the ten principles of the UN Global Compact* and works to promote these in the communities and environments in which the group operates. The code of conduct is based on these principles. Respect for and protection of the environment, human rights, workers’ rights, and good business ethics should be integrated into all business decisions.
