Fredrik Bodin to Become New CEO of Nordisk Hiss in Värmland

Fredrik Bodin has been appointed the new CEO of Nordisk Hiss in Värmland and will assume the position on January 1, 2025. Fredrik is currently the CEO of Vinga Hiss, a sister company based in Gothenburg. Both companies are part of the Motum Group.

Since 2019, Fredrik Bodin has served as CEO of Vinga Hiss in Gothenburg, which is part of Motum, a sustainable elevator and door group. Earlier this year, Fredrik was elected to the board of the Swedish Elevator Association to advocate for improvements in the industry regarding safety, sustainability, and workforce development, among other issues.

Effective January 1, 2025, Fredrik Bodin will take over from Jonas Jacobsson, who is currently CEO of Nordisk Hiss in Värmland. Jonas will join the organization as a business developer and sales representative to work with the company’s customers on developing new offerings and thereby enhance the company’s appeal.

Sara Walldén to Become New CEO of Hissgruppen

Sara Walldén has been appointed the new CEO of Hissgruppen and will assume the position on November 1, 2023. Sara has extensive experience in the elevator industry and is also CEO of the sister company ITK Hiss AB, which operates in both Stockholm and Uppsala. Sara has a solid background in the elevator industry and has served as CEO of ITK AB since 2017. In 2020, she also took over as CEO of Uppsala Lyftservice, both of which are part of the Motum Group.

Madelene Carlsson has been appointed the new Head of Sustainability at Motum AB

Motum has appointed Madelene Carlsson as its new Head of Sustainability to further develop its sustainability efforts and strengthen its position as the sustainable elevator and door group. Madelene will assume her new role on March 1 and will also join Motum’s Group Management Team. As Head of Sustainability at Motum, Madelene will lead the strategic and operational sustainability efforts within the Motum Group.

Motum strengthens its position in the elevator market through a merger of subsidiaries

Uppsala Lyftservice AB will be merged into ITK Hiss AB at the end of January 2023. The merger is being carried out to create an even stronger customer offering in the field of elevator and door solutions.
